What makes Linen & Earth different?
At Linen & Earth, design begins with understanding you.
Before selecting colors, furnishings, materials, or finishes, I take the time to understand how you live, what matters to you, what is no longer working, and how you want your home to feel.
That understanding becomes the foundation for one cohesive design direction—so your home feels personal, functional, and naturally connected to the way you live.
---
How do I get started?
Every new Linen & Earth client relationship begins with a paid **Design Consultation**.
This gives us the opportunity to understand your home, discuss what you hope to accomplish, and determine what level of design support makes the most sense.
---
What happens during the Design Consultation?
The consultation is a working session—not a sales presentation.
We discuss your lifestyle, priorities, project scope, timeline, anticipated investment, decision-makers, and any challenges or opportunities within the home.
You receive professional insight during our time together while also experiencing how I approach design and problem-solving.
From there, we determine whether moving forward together is the right fit.
---
How do I know if Linen & Earth is the right fit?
Linen & Earth may be a good fit if you value thoughtful guidance, honest communication, collaboration, and experienced professional direction.
I work best with clients who want a designer to understand the bigger picture, guide the decision-making process, and create a home that feels personal rather than trend-driven.
The consultation gives both of us the opportunity to determine whether the relationship and project feel aligned.
---
What types of projects do you take on?
Linen & Earth works with homeowners on projects ranging from whole-home interior design to new construction, renovation, furnishings, space planning, visualization, and virtual design.
I also collaborate with builders, developers, architects, contractors, and other industry professionals when design support is needed.
Each project is evaluated individually so the recommended service reflects its scope, complexity, timeline, and goals.
---
When should I involve an interior designer?
For new construction and renovation, the earlier the better.
Early involvement allows layouts, cabinetry, lighting, plumbing, materials, finishes, furnishings, and architectural details to be considered before costly decisions become difficult to change.
If your project is already underway, we can discuss during the consultation whether there is still an appropriate point for Linen & Earth to become involved.
---
Can I hire Linen & Earth for only part of my project?
In some cases, yes.
Depending on the scope, your project may be appropriate for virtual design, visualization, space planning, furnishings, or another clearly defined level of support.
During the consultation, we’ll determine what service will give you the professional guidance you need while still allowing the project to feel complete and cohesive.
---
Do you offer Virtual Design and Photorealistic 3D Visualization?
Yes.
Virtual design allows clients outside the immediate service area to receive professional design direction, which may include layouts, furnishings, materials, product selections, and implementation guidance.
Photorealistic 3D visualization may also be incorporated into a design project—or offered as a focused service in certain situations—to help you understand how the completed space will look and feel before major decisions are made.
---
How is project investment determined?
Every project is different.
During the Design Consultation, we discuss the anticipated scope, timeline, furnishings, materials, construction needs, and overall level of support required.
If we decide to move forward together, you will receive a customized proposal clearly outlining the recommended services, deliverables, responsibilities, design fee, and payment structure.
---
What areas do you serve?
Linen & Earth Interior Design is based in St. Augustine, Florida, serving clients throughout St. Augustine, Ponte Vedra, Nocatee, St. Johns, and surrounding Northeast Florida communities.
Virtual interior design and visualization services are also available for select projects nationwide.

Still Have Questions?
You do not need to have your entire project figured out before reaching out.
The Design Consultation is designed to help us understand where you are, what your home needs, and what the most thoughtful next step may be.
