The heart behind Linen & Earth Interior Design
For more than 25 years, I have worked in interior design, but my connection to this profession has never been limited to creating beautiful rooms.
I believe our homes affect us emotionally, physically, and spiritually. They influence how we begin our mornings, how we gather with the people we love, how we rest, how we focus, and how supported we feel during both the joyful and difficult seasons of life.
That belief is at the heart of everything I create.
Life has taken me through seasons of change, loss, uncertainty, reinvention, and rebuilding. Those experiences deepened my understanding of what home truly means. A home is not simply a collection of furnishings and finishes. It is the place where life unfolds.
It is where we celebrate and grieve. Where families gather and relationships grow. Where ordinary moments become treasured memories. Where we seek comfort when the world outside feels uncertain.
I know what it means to need your surroundings to provide peace, stability, and a sense of belonging. That is why I chose to devote my work to residential design.
When I begin a project, I am not only considering the architecture, furniture, color palette, lighting, or materials. I am learning about the people who will live there.
I want to understand how you move through your day, where your family gathers, what currently feels difficult, what carries sentimental meaning, and how you hope to feel when you enter your home.
My role is to take your ideas, needs, concerns, and inspiration and translate them into a clear, cohesive environment that feels unmistakably yours.
I do not believe a home should be designed to impress strangers. It should support the people who live there.
It should be beautiful, but also comfortable.
Elevated, but never unapproachable.
Intentional, but never disconnected from real life.
Timeless, yet deeply personal.
The name Linen & Earth reflects that philosophy.
Linen represents softness, comfort, soul, and the beautifully imperfect evidence of a life being lived.
Earth represents authenticity, grounding, warmth, and our connection to what is natural and real.
Together, they express my vision for home: spaces that are thoughtful and refined, yet welcoming, meaningful, and deeply human.
Behind the studio, I am a wife, a mother, a woman of faith, and a business owner who understands the courage it sometimes takes to begin again. I value honesty, reliability, meaningful relationships, and clear communication. I care deeply about the trust my clients place in me, and I approach each home with respect for both the investment being made and the life that will be lived within it.
My faith is woven into who I am and how I work. It keeps me grounded, guides the way I treat people, and reminds me that even after difficult seasons, beauty, purpose, and possibility can still emerge.
Linen & Earth Interior Design was not created simply to decorate houses.
It was created to bring clarity to overwhelming decisions, meaning to the design process, and beauty to the places where life happens.
My goal is to create a home that feels aligned, intentional, functional, and deeply connected to the way you truly live.
Because the most successful design does more than change how a room looks.
It changes how it feels to live there.
Designed with intention. Rooted in faith. Grounded in beauty.
